He was actually really cool and said sure. Dude didn't even have the windows out, just had everything smashed into the trunk with the arms sticking straight up.
After the lesson he was thankful and the JK was saved from any further damage.
Did I do the right thing or should I just minded my own business?
about a year ago i did the same exact thing.
nothing wrong with helping fellow jeepers out!

Did you fill them in on the Jeep Wave?
funny you mentioned the "jeep wave". That's a tradition that they should pass along at the Jeep Dealer before you leave the lot. I've had my JK for 4 years now and I get a little pissed when fellow jeepers don't wave back. Prior to owning my own jeep I would borrow my friends and that was the first thing he told me; make sure I wave and ALWAYS wave back!

Completely agree. You don't want to be a douche and make him feel like crap- especially if he's with a friend. But if you were genuinely sincere, then sounds to me like you just did your good deed for the week... Now it's time to party!

I think it is proper to use some Boondock Saints wisdom..."We must all fear evil men. But what we must fear most, is the indifference of good men."

You did the right thing, always the best course of action.
