Default Jeep - make an actual pick-up

Look this is simple. Make a pick-up. Use as many JK parts as possible, so we can have aftermarket parts asap. Including:
- solid front axle and all suspension components
- powertrain (with an option for the hemi this time)
- rubicon upgrade and everything that comes with it

Think 4 door Tacoma that doesn't look like a girl designed it. (modern defender 110 maybe). Keep it simple just don't force the JK into a pickup if it want work.

I agree make a real truck not the J8, it is no where close to being what it should be.
And for once offer a diesel most of us would buy it.

Default Make a Real Truck a REALity!

We sit here and discuss this, and complain about it, but Chrysler won't move on a REAL truck. Apparently, someone is trying to show them that we as a offroad community want one.

That tread is why I started this one. No pick-up can make production now with out options that address many consumer needs:

- four doors
- work series
- 2wd
- luxury version
- etc

We have the JK because there is no one else in this space.....off road first minded ride. We need to start thing Dodge Dakota with a JK suspension and powertrain. Not a Jk8 conversion or a concept truck that will only look good with 37's and an unrealistic chopped top.

Spread the word or we will never get a Jeep pick-up

I'm pretty sure the reason that they haven't gone after designing a REAL truck is that they don't want RAM to have to compete with it's own company ... RAMs are my favorite trucks my dad and my brother both have new ones and they are in my opinion the best truck you can buy right now but for some reason they have a hard time selling compared to the other American trucks ... As much as I would love a new jeep truck I wouldn't get my hopes up for a true pickup ... It sucks but I think that's what the deal is ... Just my opinion though, don't crucify me if I'm wrong
