Not too many waves returned my way here in Montreal, maybe 1 out of 10. Yet when I drive out to my camp ground in Ontario like I did this weekend, I passed 5-6 Jeeps and every one of them waved.

I'll vouch for that. I moved to NJ a year ago from FL & nearly everybody waves! Central PA, State College area is good for waves too.

i live just across the river from "La Belle Provence" and I can say that I have gotten a few waves back but less than %50
Could be the Ontario plates!! I'm there a few times a month
Keep waving and sooner or later someone will wave back!! Owning a Jeep and 'belonging' to a group of something bigger is great!! (Collective awwwwwwwww.......)

I dont wave on road at all. If im in the woods then anyone i meet gets a wave. Anyone can go down to a chrysler shop, order a jeep and drive away. There is nothing special about being in a jeep. Its a useful offroad vehicle but they are a dime a dozen now.

I try to Keep the wave alive too, older, newer, any Jeep model for that fact. Maybe some people beleive there is some sort of wave social club and not the pure fact that the Jeep entitles you to that social club. Well if that makes any sense...its late for mee

I just grin and wave to everyone now- I got confused who to wave to at first switching from the Jeep to the Harley. I'd be on the bike and wave to Jeeps one day, and then in the Jeep waving to bikers. Talk about a low % of waves back.
