I do mine all the time by myself. Just take the bolts out, set in the back, find the balance point, lift straight up, and set out of the back of the Jeep with the top over your head. I have a 2DR, but the Unlimited doesnt weight much more. It does help to have a landing point planned out though. I usually just sit down with it over my head and crawl out.
