sport vs rubicon
so im looking at a 4 door and ive sat here for days saying sport or rubicon so im opening the floor for advice i have a 2 door rubicon and love it for all the features it has but wondering if i should do a sport and just put 60s under it and build from there i rellly want 37s or 40s on it so im really wondering if i should go rubi and run the 44s with 37s or go sport and 60s and be in the same ball park at the end of it all

What is your overall budget... and what kind of wheeling do you plan on doing?
For tires 37+ you are going to want to install gussets on the front axles even if you get the rubi so you are going to be looking at a mild axle build up no matter what. It really comes down if you need lockers at all, or if you need a selectable locker.

If your really going to put the 60s and 40s on it off the bat go sport. I went with the Rubi because I wasnt going to spend all the money to do that until my Jeep was paid off. I am happy with 35s or maybe 37s on my Rubi though. Just comes down to personal opinion. Good luck either way. You cant go wrong. Its a JEEP!!!

Go with the rubicon. You can run 37's all day. Plenty of guys do and have no problems. Then if you decide you still want d60's you can sell the rubi axles for more $ than the sport axles will bring.
