The very next DAY, rained the night before, I go out, look in the drivers side window, and theres fucking water on the dash. Fucking leak specialist.. bs.

Drove to dealership, they called their idiot leak specialist, he said they wouldnt come to look at it again, until the soft top is taken out. I said all of the above to the service dep't. They went to their closed door service manager...surprise surprise...I have to take the soft top out before anything else can be done.

What a fucking joke.

It's raining here, I have no room in my garage, and no one really I can use to help me anyways....

My wife works for a lemon law lawyer and they seem to be getting alot of leak complaints lately. I don't know what state you live in but if all else fails contact a lemon law lawyer.

If they don't give you satisfaction, call DC..or even visit another dealer for another opinion. Explore your options...
Calling DC is useless. You get some little girl, who in my case, didn't know the difference between the "hood" and my soft top (NOT KIDDING!!), and who told me that my local Daimler-Chrylser dealer would be able to resolve my problems with a flick of their magic wand, oh and thanks for calling. DC Customer Service is an oxymoron.
