Yeah, someone gets paid some big $$$ to drill those commercials into your head... why can't dentists use that same kind of drill (can't feel a thing!)?

Today should be delivery day - I'm CAUTIOUSLY excited - I have NO reason to believe the dealership, and am afraid they might "lose" my Jeep again...

 

I want to see one of you jumping up in the air....

I keep telling myself that self-control is an admirable thing... wife's voice in my head, repeating "be an adult, be an adult, be an adult..."

I guess I'll just have to remember that money spent on bail is money NOT spent on mods.

 

Have been going back and forth with my salesman today -

Decent news: The Jeep is in, but during the pre-delivery inspection yesterday, the mechanics noticed a faulty link that needed to be replaced (I asked which link, but the salesman didn't know, of course). :confused:

The good news: They were able to put a "rush" on the part and got it and installed it today.

Further good news: Their remote starter installer was told to treat my Jeep as priority #1, and got the starter installed today.

The best news: At 7 PM today, I get to get pick her up!

My wife's already mapping out a nice scenic "break in" drive for us for the evening, and she's just as psyched as me... CAN'T WAIT.

Pics will be up as soon as I can... but I'm going to be busy DRIVING!
