36 Degrees and no doors? No Problem
I'm glad it worked for you.
I had the same idea just never got aroud to trying it. The last wheeling trip I took with my son started out in the upper 70's and by the time we got home it was in the 40's. To keep warm he held his sleeve over the vent to get warm and at that point we had the same idea as you.

Didn't think anything of it, being new to Jeeps, but found out the 85 in the day could become 45 at night with a 60mph breeze Froze out respective naughty parts off on the way home. Of course it didn't help that a panting chihuahua puts out more heat than the YJ's hvac...
I've been thinking about something along those lines since i had my first jeep in 2001. except instead of heat I was going to use AC. Instead of putting the hose down your shirt/pants (whatever gets your pee hot) I was going to run it alonf the console between the seats and point them up so it makes the seats nice and cold.
The only reason I never done it........... I never had AC. LOLOLOLOL
Even with AC on your seats still head up like theres no tomorrow. I think this would solve the problem!!
