Did you spray and stick the liner to the daystar itself? I love the idea.

Did this when I installed the panel. Jeep so should have done this from the factory. True Value Hardware was the source for all my gizmos to get it done.

Yeah I used some 3M spray adhesive....

Great post. I did this mod last night. If you don't have any of the materials around the house (like I didn't) then the total cost is $30 for your shopping list but you then have components for future mods.

Nice write up. The first thing I did was install a Daystar panel but didn't see this thread and the idea of the bungee is pretty good. Maybe I'll take it out and do that one day when bored.
