I bought that one from Harbor Freight and it died before it filled one tire! That unit is pure junk!

just a side note... this does not work with the PJ stubby winch bumper. It may or may not work with others, but you may want to check BEFORE you rip your compressor apart like me. I gotta finda a place for it... just dont know where yet.

problem solved... mounted underneath behind the evap canister... be careful when you run the wires and hose and keep it away from the exhaust. I ran the frame rail. and extended the air intake with a hose up in and behind the tail light. I will post pics if i can remember. Now and I am working with a chuck of steel to cover the evap and the compressor by bolting into the frame rail and trans skid. we will see how this works out

Yea, good thing I didn't spend the time mounting it to the rig before testing it...

The red one in the pics goes by a few different brand names: Master Flow, Smittybuilt, Etc. I am surprised how well this little compressor works. Granted it's not lightning fast but it doesn't die! I am now looking at a 2.5 or 5 gallon air tank from Warn to attach to it.

Well I spoke too soon it died! So I decided to go with the Viar Heavy Duty System.. Fills a 35"tire from 15psi to 30psi in 2 minutes...Now that's more like it...

I like the suggestion of relocating the muffler (Woods evap relo would also be needed) and moutn a compressor where the muffler used to be. Then you could cover it up with a muffler skid plate.
