This is one of those posts that would be great to see in "booklet form" so it can be taken out into the garage, under the vehicle and referrenced when needed.
I'd sure pay 5-7.00 for a printed, weathersealed, booklet!

Thanks for a great tutorial!

I got a great tip from HardcoreHeath on another thread about what to do if you need to drill a hole for locker wiring. I had tried to use black RTV to plug the hole but on the highway, it didn't hold and I had a little bit of differential fluid blowing out the top. He suggested using the rigid permatex and that did the trick. Recently drove from Phoenix to Colorado with no issues.

Default What size Bearing Splitter to get?

Will the OTC 1122 1/8" to 2" splitter work or is there another one you would recommend?

Fantastic write-up! Will print this out for when I do my own. Although unintentional, VERY glad I got the 3.73s when I purchased my 2010!

Default Wow...

I think you just convinced me that I CAN afford to re-gear.

Have any of you guys seen the DIY videos they sell through Summit to set up R/Ps?

Anyone that has done this. I need help. I can not get rear crush sleeve down. Breaker bars with pipes, 3 different air impacts. What am I missing. It's just not going any further. Pinion is still loose so we are not even starting load on bearings yet? Any one. Thanks
