if you actually take your jeep off road you will notice how well its filters the mud and junk from getting to your radiator..

Did mine yesterday.

 

Did mine this weekend. Used dark gray plastic gutter guard from Lowe's, and on my charcoal JK I think it turned out just fine. The wife and kids were rolling their eyes as I started, but it's all good now.

 

I've been thinkingabout doing this mod. Has anyone had problems with the self adhesive coming off?

 

When I removed my grill to bedline it some of the adhesive pads had come off but only a few of them. I just added some new ones when I put the grill back on.

 

I left the grill off overnight upside down and dabed gorilla glue on all the zip tie anchors. Any of the anchors that were pulling up I placed a 32oz can of tomatoes on top[ of to hold it in place. Caution that glue spreads out to 6x its size! MFer ain 't ever coming off now.

 

I soaked the tabs in alcohol to take the adhesive pads off. I used Gorilla glue to attach them to the back of the grill. I haven't checked it in a while, but it looks like it'll hold like a champ.

 

That looks very professional and would seem helpful in keep suicidal bugs off the radiator... Great Job!
