Desc: Hexagon-Hole Perforated Sheet .030Thk, 22 GA Steel, 1/4" Dia, 79% Open Area, 36" X 40"

This the above grill, it made 3 full grills. I would prefer Stainless Steel!

Item # 7582K22

Desc: UV-Resistant Cable Tie Holder Adhesive Back/Screw Mnt, 4-Way, for.18" Max Tie, Black

The only bad part about the above is that the actual physical size of the adhesive back mounts did fit between the center lines, or webs, so I had to machine them in half.. So if ordering the above cable tie holders, order half the size. PM me and I can find the right size to work.

I also used the following to glue:

Grainger.com

htp://www.grainger.com/Grainger/GORILLA-GLUE-Super-Glue-4GZK6?Pid=search

Grainger Item # 4GZK6

Desc: Super Glue, Bottle, 15g, Coverage 1 Square Inch per Drop, Temp. Range -65 to 220 F, Clamping Time 30 to 60 Sec, Full Cure 24 Hrs, For Instant Bonding With No Clamping, Indoor Use, Use On Wood, Plastic, Glass, Metal, Ceramics, Stone, Brick, Paper, Rubber, Polyurethane Adhesive, Rubber Toughened, Impact Resistant, Anti-Clog Tip

I used this on the back of the Cable Tie Holder Adhesive Back holders..

The paint I used was High Temperature Gloss Black from Home Depot.
Like always, thanks so much Pluke!! You are always a huge help!!

Thanks

I went to Home Depot and all I could find was some gutter guard. I picked up a few pieces of it. I will see what I can do with it.

Thanks

If you go in the nuts n bolts, screws, etc section you will also find aluminum rods alongside packaged pieces of stretched sheet metal

this is what I used

I used the gutter guard, and the wire tie blocks.
I peeled the adhesive off the blocks and soaked them in simple green for about 10 min.
I then used the Gorilla glue on the blocks.
Since I used the gutter guard I did not have to tighten down the wireties very tight. So far it has been on a month and no issues.

I think it looks better than expanded metal! Nice Job!

The stuff I used came in a roll.
Width wise it was about perfect. I just cut 7 lengths of it and then trimmed them at the bottoms so they cleared the grill mounts.
