I just picked a corner up with my fingernail and then pulled them off. They came off in a few pieces. I took a clean rag (old t-shirt) and applied rubbing alcohol to it and wipped (rubbed) off the glue. no sweat. Took ten minutes total for all of them.

rubbing alcohol works great at removing glue and it wont hurt the paint.

a hairdryer, plastic putty knife, and 3M adhesive remover!

That was for the huge obnoxious Mountain decals on the hood though. It took some time!

Try lighter fluid. Used to use it getting glue off of books, works great for that. does not leave a film or damage the paint.

heat gun, adhesive remover and towel to rub it off. this works fast, the towel rubs the plastic away and protects your fingers from heated surface

Default Fading?

Just bought an 08 jku. Since the stickers have been on 2+ years and I have black paint should I be worried about paint faing? I would prefer the clean look. Especially getting rid of the trail rated badge.

I used a rubber pencil eraser to get the sticky stuff off. It worked great and did not harm the paint.
