Oh i gotcha. I already have this setup so i didn't really look into the reciept. I got mine from Lowe's, mines a 2012. Did you try the 1/2" from home depot? I mean mines just a little loose left and right cuz of the hole position for the pin, but its like 1/16" maybe with the washers. The 7/16" clevis is a pretty decent fit for me.

Yes, Home Depot parts. The OP didn't mention what year his rig is, but I'm betting it's pre '10. Perhaps I'll just go swap the parts for 7/16" and see how that feels to me. That will still have to wait until after my URE trip. Stay tuned!

I'm going to Uwharrie this weekend so I will just unbolt and strap them up, but afterwards I think I will look into hogging out the end link holes.
I drilled out mine sways to 1/2. Nice snug fit. Got 3 sets of everything and I used fender washers one on outside 2 inside and tight fit side to side. All in all $19 and 30 minutes of time cause if drilling

I thought about drilling the links out to 1/2 but that made me nervous. Just didn't seem right.
I do have a little rattle and its driving me crazy. May have to switch to 1/2 anyways and open up the links.

How's it screwing up my jeep. If I get tired of pins and want bolts again I go pick up some 1/2 by 2-1/2 grade 8 for $5 bucks and shazam back to normal no harm no.foul. ohh and 1/2 fits just fine through axle side bracket not drilling

That's what I'll end up doing if I don't find the right hardware this weekend. I was going to drill out the link, but the same thought as you stated above popped into my mind, if i eff those up, I might as well buy quick disconnects.

I have a 2012 and with the 1/2' (12.7mm) is to big and the 7/16' (11.1125mm) is to small. The link diameter hole on mine is 11.90mm on one driver side and 11.92 on passenger side. A small amount of play wont matter since my bolts are 11.70mm in diameter and never noticed it.

If you go too small every time you turn or hit bumps it move a little and you'll oblong your holes in both axle and links over time. That's why I took 10 minutes and drilled out links and its so small of amount coming out like 1/32" its easy

Ok hold on....everyone is talking about the pin...I assume you mean clevis pin? Not the linch pin? I can't even get the 3/16"x1.5" linch pin in the holes. I'm doing the driver side if that matters or not. What Am i doing wrong. It's too big!!!!
And I bought everything like the OP receipt says to the UPC code even.
HELP!!!!!

Yep too big too. I drilled out second to last hole on all my pins to 3/16 fits perfect.
