Up and running, has a little play in it, hoping won't cause any problems later.
But the quickness of this over using wrenches is worth it.

How do both sides move with the same articulation? Wouldn't the pin side move more than the other? They always sell quick disconnects in pairs

 

Just get both lol. It's like $8 of hardware at most

 

I tried the mod, sadly it did not work for me . The 1/2 were to big so I moved on to the 7/16 and that was way to loose. I do have the 4inch mopar lift and the links are aftermarket. I am going to the hardware store on Saturday and see what I find. I need something in the 10.5mm diameter to fit just right. I'll post if I have any luck.

Yeah you need 7/16. They work just fine. Remember, the swaybar isn't a vital component

 

Just tried doing this mod, but as others have said 1/2" is just too big. Pretty sure I don't want to go with 7/16" if it's a little "sloppy" and finding a metric clevis pin here is going to be next to impossible. I'm going to Uwharrie this weekend so I will just unbolt and strap them up, but afterwards I think I will look into hogging out the end link holes.

 

7/16" is what everyone uses. Haha it's not "a little sloppy" as far as handling goes. There is no way you can feel a differnence unless you lowered your jeep, put low profiles on and are running road courses lol. The only thing is you'll hear it jingle going over bumps, thats all.

 

I didn't mean sloppy as in handling, I meant as far as fitment. I'm confused, if everybody is using 7/16" how was the OP able to do this with 1/2"? It looks like others were able to ho 1/2" without issue, so there must be model year differences. Mine is a 2010, btw.

I come from a sports car background, and extra movement in the suspension is not generally a good thing. I prefer my stuff fitting properly.
