Home Mod Sway bar disconnects
I tried the mod, sadly it did not work for me
. The 1/2 were to big so I moved on to the 7/16 and that was way to loose. I do have the 4inch mopar lift and the links are aftermarket. I am going to the hardware store on Saturday and see what I find. I need something in the 10.5mm diameter to fit just right. I'll post if I have any luck.

Just tried doing this mod, but as others have said 1/2" is just too big. Pretty sure I don't want to go with 7/16" if it's a little "sloppy" and finding a metric clevis pin here is going to be next to impossible. I'm going to Uwharrie this weekend so I will just unbolt and strap them up, but afterwards I think I will look into hogging out the end link holes.

I didn't mean sloppy as in handling, I meant as far as fitment. I'm confused, if everybody is using 7/16" how was the OP able to do this with 1/2"? It looks like others were able to ho 1/2" without issue, so there must be model year differences. Mine is a 2010, btw.
I come from a sports car background, and extra movement in the suspension is not generally a good thing. I prefer my stuff fitting properly.
