Marker light mod

Yes you did it right..make sure all your wires are making a good connection!! I used the snap together adapters(can`t remember what they are called,you put the 2 wires in and mash the top thus a metal "blade" comes down and cuts into the wires making them spliced together) and the one wire didn`t get cut so the light didn`t work.I then just cut and tapped the wires together so I knew they had good connection and they worked!!

Also make sure your bulb is not blown

did mine too took all of 15 mins...no need for the wire...just cut the black and connect with the blue press connector to the outer white stripped wire

Did mine yesterday. It took longer for me to figure out how to get the grill off then to do the actual procedure. I went ahead and wrapped some black wire loom around any new exposed stuff to keep a factory look since I have a ton of it laying around.

I can't believe that it came from the factory "broken."

Default Two Questions.

What happens to the side marker lights when the 4 way flasher's are flashing.
And, are the stock side marker bulbs rated for blinking, or do you have to buy a blinker rated bulb.
