Default lockers Not working???

If I in fact did 'cook' the relays, how would I know if the lockers are not working?

The switches I used for my locker mod did have a light built into them but they should not turn on because it is just a switched ground. I am not sure how you got them to light up but as previously stated it is bad to send 12v to the relays.
I don't care if the switch lights up so using it as a ground only works fine for me.
To test your switches just flick the switch for your rear locker and make a sharp turn.. you will feel if your locker is engaged or not

grey ghost- run the wire from the locker relay to the PWR post on the switch and the ACC to the ground and leave the GRD post empty

Great write up and looks easy enough to do now.

First time I really wheeled the jeep I wish I had the option of front lockers only, to correct my line. I had to back out and choose a line over the rock.

Love this mod, from you guys with more wheeling experience I have a question.

So long as it's used offroad, in dirt or gravel, using lockers in 4hi or 2hi shouldn't cause any damage to the lockers at offroad speeds?

You shouldn't run to fast with them or on paved surfaces?

I stay under the speed in which they kick out in 4lo I think it it's 20mph or so.

I might be lost here... but I can choose to lock or unlock the front or back with the stock switches ? is that different for the 09's ?

or am I losing it somehow?? the switch if you push the top part does the front locker, if you push the bottom does the back locker, you can lock both or either or none when ever you want in four low and four high... am I wrong ?

I know for a fact you can do it in four low... though I have done this in four high too... maybe I am wrong...

Are you saying, in stock configuration, you can lock the diffs in 4hi? The lock light comes on steady?

Joey2times, I am so jealous that the 09' can do that. Now only if I can find the find an aftermarket switch with the reconfigurations you discribed
