Did mine last week. My goal is to get rid of ALL of the plastic on the outside of my JK.

-Remove and trim OEM bumper until I can afford the ACE bumper.

-I hit a deer last fall and the shitty plastic fender is coming off on the drivers side. That means I have an excuse with the wife to get the ACE fenders EARLY! (ordering tomorrow)

-I removed the rear bumper and am ordering the EVO rear shackle mounts that go into the OEM frame rails. I love that look and function.

-Last but not least, ACE sliders.

Here are a couple of pics:

I like the open look without block off plates or fogs.

Here is the rear before bed lineing the rear frame section, grinding the rails, and adding the EVO shackles.

I just got some L brackets from the hardware store and drilled the holes in the top of the bumper to mount them.
