Should be able to use some body filler to smooth things out. Then paint the whole thing with primer and duplicolor spray on bedliner. Hopefully finish up on Monday.

Got it done and mounted to my bro in laws jk. Welding ends on helped stiffen things up. Got to practice welding and using body filler so it was good project. Not perfect but at about $40, not too bad.

Looks good!! I chopped mine a while ago, but am itching to ditch the plastic.

He has to bedline his grill and plastic piece behind the bumper yet. Jeep has changed its look a lot in just a couple weeks. That's what a trip to Rausch Creek will do! Headed back this Friday.

I just did mine this weekend. Welded caps on the end, welded all the little holes in the front, Installed expanded metal in the fog light holes, powder coated it all wrinkle black (same as steel rear bumpers and fenders), and installed PJ d ring brackets and powder coated d rings (in silver vein).

Turned out how I expected!
