I am wondering how you bolted that to the frame rails? how did you get a nut in there for the bolts?

I used spacers on the roller leads to mount it outside of the plastic cover.

For the winch mount the only extra things I used were the Harbor Freight universal mounting plate and some square metal tubing to cut to length to use as spacers for the roller leads. I also had to get longer bolts for the leads since I spaced them away from the mount on the winch. It's been several months since I did it so I don't remember all the details, but if you think of specific questions just PM me and I'll try to give you as much detail as I can.

Damn they all look like very good installs! This is something that I am looking at doing thanks to you guys. I want an after market bumper but this might do for awhile.

Did mine a little different. I can say if you use a box end wrench you can slip into the end of the frame rail through the bigger hole and hold the nut that way. (seems to be the common question.) I also used spacers and cut them from round tubing from Lowes/ home depot, I used my plumbers pipe cutter to do this very clean. (I was afraid the metal would be too hard but it cut it just fine.)
edit 1
I did a lot of fab to the winch plate which was a bitch. but came out very nice in the end. Just cutting 1/4 inch plate steel and then welding it up to make it work my way.
