Fed-ex isn't in any better shape than UPS because of these storms. A good friend of mine owns three Fed-ex delivery lines here in OKC. His 85-year old dad is in the hospital. Another friend of mine and his dad have known each other since high school, and this second friend recently had knee surgery so has difficulty getting around. So I called the second friend up and asked if he wanted to go visit the dad. I called up the son to ask where his dad was, and he told me, and apologized for not being there himself until after lunch: "Mark, this weather has slammed us hard. I'm having to drive a truck myself to try to get our deliveries caught up!"

I'm getting the Benchmark one as soon as I'm done with SLC next week. Stage 3. I've confirmed with RIPP that it's compatible with their supercharger, which is my big upgrade for next January.

Get Craftsman hand tools then. You'll find on occasion that you're missing this or that size socket or wrench or whatever because none of those sets is truly complete. Craftsman is the easiest to buy individual pieces for and fill in the holes. For some of their power and pneumatic tools, they've gone to an awful lot of plastic. It makes those tools larger, weaker, and just downright ugly looking. But, to read the Sears literature, you'd think all of that plastic was an advantage: "New, Lighter than our previous model!" That's what magnesium is for (which they sell on some of their better tools).

Sometimes Sears counts those little plastic cases that come with some tools, and sometimes they don't. No consistency, but maybe it's something like that?

Some aftermarket bumpers require a winchplate, too. In fact, if you look at the Shrockwork's website that's something that they promote about their bumper: "STANDARD: There is nothing else needed to mount a winch. Just bolt it on and go!"
