nah...nothing to be scared of, it's pretty easy, the pita part is trimming the inner fenders. My family went shopping one Sunday and came back as I was finishing the last fender cut heheeee
The wheel on the rotary cutting tool does more melting the cutting. The plastic fender gets hot and then gums up the cutting wheel and leaves the fender distorted looking.but if your cutter is designed to cut plastic then I am sure it might be ok ..just my .02 . I researched it for a month before I actually did it. I am here for moral support I recommend 80 grit to knock the cut edge followed by like 600 grit for the finishing edge.

OK..that makes sense with the melting..I'll go jig saw route...thanks for the sandpaper #s too...
