Have I got this?
Either way, someone's burnin' a paycheck.
The exhaust spacer will address the clearance issue with the stock DS and the exhaust pipe. The aftermarket DS will address both the exhaust clearance as well as eliminate the extreme angle the stock DS is prone to have with lifts over 2.5". If not eliminate, be able to handle the angle due to its ujoint design...The angle have caused the stock DS to fail overtime. Some were able to get by with the stock DS for ~ a year others have not....

Your 2.5"bb should only give you 2.5" of lift but other 2.5" coil lifts have actually netted 3" or more lift. Thus the need for an aftermarket DS. Hope this helps and not make you any more confused. Hopefully others will chime in to correct me if I am wrong....

That little bit of clearance is after installing the aftermarket driveshaft, at full droop on a lift, and with the swaybar still connected.

I'm guessing that you still have plenty of clearance because you aren't running longer shocks that provide more flex.

I personally would go the driveshaft route. It is more expensive but a better solution in the long run. If money is tight, get the spacers.

With something like a 3.5" - 4" lift with new shocks, 35" tires (2-door '12 Rubi), do you need both new driveshafts and something like the AFE y-pipe? I fully intend on replacing the drive shaft(s) no matter what, I just want to know if the exhaust relocation/extension/etc is necessary. Thanks!

Does it work with a 2-door? The previous poster's point about the AFE y-pipe being 4-door only seems correct if you go off their website information. Also, is an exhaust modification necessary for a 2-door JK '12 lifted 3.5-4", running aftermarket driveshafts? Also, do you know if it works with one of the more common 2012 skid systems, the Evo ProTeK? Thank you, and good looking product.

So would this still be an issue with a leveling kit ? I've also considered the RE 2" ..... I'm really not trying to get into any driveshaft noise ... Just simply grow up a little guess I'll
Just get a 4 in BL !!! lmao.

We are still working on getting it up on our site

And thank you! Holy cow! Since I am on the marketing side (I don't talk price as I don't set/deal with it) I thought this would be MUCH more expensive than it is.
