Default 46" claws

Okay, so I've sold my 37's and wanted to get 42's but i've been addicted to 46" baja claws recently; they're practically the same price; will dana 60's handle 46's? and will 5.38 turn them well?

46" tires on a 2-door? You have got to be kidding. I have only seen 42's on one JK and it had a 6.1L Hemi and pretty much everything that makes up the drivetrain was replaced. What lift do you plan on using? With the 3.8L you will be lucky to do 60MPH even with gears.

I think at times people around here either say things for effect (read: troll) or make statements with some degree of genuineness, but don't appreciate the sort of investment in time, money, engineering and fabrication it would take to make their moto-dreams happen.

46" tires on anything smaller than a Ford Super Duty quad cab with a mile of lift and a Banks turbo diesel makes little sense to me (and even on a big ass 1-ton pickup, 46s don't make a whole lot off sense IMO).

Here's pics of Matilda our trail leader for a run I ran over the weekend. Sorry not a big ass pick up but he is running 47's Pitbull Growlers on a Cherokee, Dana 60 Front Axle w/ 5.13 with a Bored .60 over and balanced 401 AMC. So before people start thinking they know what motivates someone to post up they should realize not everyone has the same tastes, run the same type of trails or is motivated to stir the pot.

If you are wanting to put 46's on it so you can say "im running 46's" then that is a different story.

Here's a pic to see just how big these are...
Wow were did you read that? Was that somewhere between the lines because I never said that...what I said was you don't know what motivates someone to build their rig the way they want to...never said it would work or not...and said some people are running close to that setup and it isn't a big ass truck.
