I have the AEV Procal and I think it's great. I went from getting 11MPH with my 35's to 16MPH. I also like that you can program daytime running lights in any configuration you want.

Again, the AEV ProCal does not modify any powerband of your engine to keep it at a ceterain RPM or correct any 1st gear bog down.

It's all in your head, I'm sorry.

Do you have Shamwows included in that deal?

Just a thought. This might make the OD more tolerable, but I it certainly would not be a substitute for regearing.
I supposed you COULD do that, but then your speedo would be totally dorked. I suppose I might try it if I was running 3.73's and 35's.

Ya, I got one of those too, I will sell it for 40% of the price of the Pro-cal!

While I understand your point, I own a Pro-cal, and they are nice for what they are. I bought mine specifically to correct my speedo and for the fast RPM setting while winching. I would not want a newbie on the board to buy a Pro-cal believe it would correct the power band on their 6 speed.

Sorry OP, we are having some fun at your expense, there is no reason the Pro-cal should/could have the effect on your Jeep. If it happened, I would believe coincidence more than the Pro-cal.

if anything you were shifting by speed and not RPM if that is the case then yes it would make a difference due to the speedo being off and lower than the correct reading and If those magic rocks tend to reduce weight in the JK then tell me how I can get some LOL... as to the OP there could tend to be fluxuaction in the differences of correct reading and incorrect reading. but a very miunte one.
