Default Aggressive AT's

I have a bud with a Frontier Nismo 4x4. He would love to trade for a JK,
but just cant afford it right now.

So we are gonna lift it enough for 33's so he can wheel a lil' with us.
But he insists on staying with A/T's.

So... I need everyone's ideas on a good, aggressive A/T.
Oh yeah, Its has to be pretty inexpensive too. He is leaning toward
General Grabber AT2's.

I was thinking Cooper ST's or GY Duratrac's. Ony other Ideas????

i'm leaning toward the GY duratracs myself. It is actually between those and the BFG AT's. Need to hear some more mileage numbers on the duratracs. I have personally experienced 60K miles on the BFG's.

I have about 2000 miles on my duratracs including some amazing winter driving. Still looks like day one. All the "tits" on the tire sidewall are still there and sparkling like new.

I cast my vote for Duratracs!

Default Nitto TerraGrapplers

I have had Nitto TerraGrapplers on other rigs, Ford Super Dutys and Land Rovers. Really good tire for lots of street miles, but still extremely tuff for the trail. Second vote would the Procomps listed above

The General Tire Grabber AT2s are a pretty decent tire and they seem to do very well on wet pavement and snow. A couple local guys with full size pick ups seem to love them. Off road, I don't really know, probably some issues clearing mud, but kind of expected for an AT.

I will be buying a set of 33" AT's for my JK here shortly.. I personally am going with the BFG. My dad has run them on his Ram 2500HD and his Dakota and he has been able to get 70K+ out of each set. He rotates them them every 5-6k. BFG A/T's are my vote!

I was hoping you guys would chime in. He is in the market for an 'econo' line.
General, Dunlop, Kuhmo ect. I just thought there might be something out there I missed.
