I agree . I would not use sb drop plates on the front swaybar. on the rear maybe in certain situations but not on the front.

The skid is from Rugged Ridge Amazon.com: Rugged Ridge 18003.30 Black Front Skid Plate: Automotive (Example link, don't recall which vendor I got it from) Normally not great quality but this is really just a chunk of steel and thats it. Its held up pretty well with a bunch of wacks so no issues. It protects the e-locker really well and works with my ARB bumper which was the primary reason I got it.

I appreciate everyone elses suggestions. I don't believe the sway bar would be the culprit as it is pretty level and I can stuff and drop all the tires without any binding or issues. If anything I would think the CA's would be to blame as I only have front lowers. But I really don't think they are that far forward or back to cause that much deflection in the coil

Looks like the Synergy 4.5" dual rate coils will be a good place to start and see what it does from there. If I still get the coils bowing then it would probably be due to some other issue in the suspension. Would that be a valid assumption and action?

Not all Synergy coils are progressive. Iirc someone recently upgraded to 4" and the coils were linear. I could be wrong.
The RK triple rates are fantastic coils. Check out the 3.5's

I have a 4 door and heavy front/rear full width bumpers + some armour, so figured the 4.5's would sink just a little to 4"... would it be better to go with the 3.5?s Would rather not be just at the same lift as I am presently or else it would defeat some of the reason in replacing them

Well that is a bummer, 8064-45 was the part number I was looking at. So Now I am a bit stuck, should I stick with the 4.5 linear synergy's? I can pick them up in about an hour, or go with something else and wait for shipping. Are there dual rate/progressive 4" springs around the same cost?

Reading up on the Linear vs Progressive vs rest debate and it looks like Linear would be preferably avoided. Although a lot of the dual/triple rate springs out there seem to be 3.5 instead of 4" or then bounce up to 5.5"
