I've had this issue close to a year. My flashpaq shows code "c1210" "g sensor circuit". Through my research I've found that we have a "g sensor" also known to jeep as a "yaw sensor" if that thing goes it acts like a bad wheel sensor. I still haven't gotten my lights off yet and at this point nor do I care. It's only a weekend car.

Does anyone else have the same problem as me when the sensor goes out. Mine runs fine till ab 50mph then it feels like its loosing fuel but motor runs fine when it does this the lights come on. Sometimes it's just the swerving light that comes on and blinks and goes back off. But would the wheel sensor make it feel like its missing?? Thanks

Thanks for all the helpful hints I got mine fixed. The red clip was missing from mine causing it to wiggle loose. Used dielectric grease to keep the moisture out. Until I can find a replacement clip it's running fine now. Thanks again

mine is the same way. I have a master mechanic in the family and went and had him reset the codes after i replaced the so called bad sensor and it popped right back up without even moving. Im thinking it is something to do with the wiring. I really dont want to try to replace the wiring to the sensor.

Also, since I don't have a code reader, has anybody had any luck with going to advanced or pepboys and have them flash it for codes?

Thanks!

I had this happen two years ago and it just started again. Chrysler/Mopar in Jax fixed it last time. $179 labor! What a rip off. I will change the ABS speed sensor myself this time. The sensors cost $18. The ABS light goes on in left turns and through puddles or the car wash. The only thing you notice is that you get a short release of brakes or a sputter when braking in a turn. The book says that the brakes go back to non ABS with the light on.

I noticed a resurgence of popularity on this thread. I have been away a while. I want to tell anyone listening to double check wheel bearings on the front axel. I tested my computer at the local auto store and changed the indicated sensor. Then I changed them all after the problem continued. I finally noticed a slightly loose wheel bearing on the originally indicated wheel. After changing that bearing, the problem hasn't returned. This is a posibility.

X2 I just noticed my passenger front tire was starting to cup so I jacked it up and noticed play in the hub while pushing/pulling and the 12/6o'clock position. Just ordered a new Timken hub assembly for $125 from autozone. And next weekend I will replace it and install my synergy ball joints too

I've had my light to off while sitting still in a parking lot and they have also gone off as soon as I started my jeep. Last time it was cycling like every ten seconds they would go off. Check engine light stays on.

No codes at all. New axle and sensors up front, new rears, steering centered ,still goes crazy!
Talk about fun to trouble shoot!!
