If most of your driving is street, you might want to go with D. The weight of the E aside, D usually provides a better ride.

Run "E" on a work truck, bumped a curb and took a 1 inch by 1 inch square right out of the sidewall. Not cool!

Ran the E rated Duratracs and had no problems airing down as low as 12lbs and did some pretty aggressive rock crawling and hill climbing with them love the tire no matter the rating it is a great choice either way!
