Others who have had bracket holes elongated had to weld washers there so it would not have any play. Remove the TB and check your bracket holes.
Yea, not talking about trackbar, but holes on axle and frame that track bar bolts attach to. It doesnt take much to cause a problem, a few millimeters of metal worn out of one of both of the holes will cause DW. I speak from experience, this caused my DW.

We are newbies at this but we just had DW and we had the jeep inspected by everyone and their brother and they could not find anything wrong. We went thru and checked every bolt. We loosened everthing and re-tightened all the bolts to specs. It seems to have cured it. We also for good measure got rid of the Rancho stabilzer and bought the fox one. A big difference in handling over the minor street bumps. Also after tightening we put a bright finger nail polish on all the bolts where the bolt hit the washer or where the bolt hits the frame to be able to tell if any of the bolts moved. The polish will crack if a bolt loosens.

adding to this:::: is your steering wheel centered ( as close to center as you can have it ) ? it is a simple thing but can cause problems. I know how much of a headache this is and how frustrating. I had low speed DW ( 10-30 mph) for a month and almost stabbed the jeep long ,deep and frequently I went over everything over and over and over ,but with help from my JK friends and my Okie group I was able to fix it. hang in there......someone will figure this out If I lived closer I would come over and lend a hand because it sucks to be scared to hit a bump or drive with a death grip on the wheel

Ok here are the pics of the passenger side. Swaybar links are brand new for a 3inch lift all put on when the trackbar was put on. Thick grade 8 heavy duty washers on the trackbar bracket already front and back so the holes are not worn out. We are trying everything with no luck. He is going to retighten everything today again. Thanks again !!

I know what you mean about the death grip on the steering wheel white knuckles and all Also we already adjusted the steering when the trackbar was put on too.

Well my wife had this issue while I was deployed and trying to explain what was wrong with it over messenger was a pain in the a$$. I told her take it to some one and have them check the frame side track bar bolt hole to see if it was elongated and every time she did they would just tell her the bolt was tight. She took it to a few other 4X4 shops and one told her it was the ball joint ($500) the other told her it was the tie rod ($500). It was nice they was trying to take advantage of her. Well luckily one of the members on here sent me a message and told me to have my wife come by and he would look at it. She k it over to his house and he checked things out. When he took off the track bar he found the frame side had been elongated. He recommended a Fab shop down the road and it ended up being a $20.00 fix. We haven't had any problems since

Here is a pic of the elongated bolt hole and the washer welded over the bolt hole.

the drop trackbar bracket that came with the lift flexed under driving conditions and pressure even torqued at 200 FT. LBS. , the stock trackbar would bow towards the middle (cheap made trackbar from the factory but is ok if you don't lift your rig more than 2" )when I would hit a bump with my passenger side first and then vibrated like a tuning fork that someone slapped on the concrete. I kept working at it and "Intercepter72" and "U-Joint" here on the forum worked with me on it for around a month and we all narrowed it down to a few things. I followed "planmans" dw thread and kept hacking away until it was gone. so in all....... I ditched the trackbar drop bracket and installed a teraflex monster trackbar, took the dropped pitman arm off and re-installed the stock pitman, recentered the steering wheel several times. Once it was gone I ran without a SS Shock for around 2 months to make sure it was solved. The eventually purchased all 8 adjustable control arms to get the axles back to center, and a Currie HD draglink. DW is one of the most frustrating things I have dealt with........especially when your family is with you and the wife sometimes drives the rig.

Looking at the springs, and links, are u sure the axle is centered?? The spring looks to have a bow, and the link is not vertical.. Could be the pic idk, but I would make sure it's centered.... How did ur hub measure to center it???
