Default Disco question

so i recently removed my 2" OME lift kit due to DW issues and i left my JKS disconnects on there. I didn't even think about it until i looked at the sway bar just now. Is there a problem with running a disco meant for a 2-6" lift on a stock set up? the angle of the sway bar is probable 45 degrees now...thanks guys

Make sure you have your JKS discos adjusted to the shortest length possible and it probably won't be much of an issue. I assume you'll be getting another lift anyway. You may as well keep them. Your sway bar should be completely horizontal but a little angle doesn't seem to do much. I didn't really notice much difference with the sway bar completely disconnected just running around town.

I'm surprised you had that much issue with an OME kit. That's the lift i wanted but it was too expensive and the deal on my RC was too good to pass up.

yup, unfortunately that was the case. i got a death wobble and tried for months to try to make it go away but nothing did the trick. if removing the lift fixes the issues, i gotta think its lift related. we'll see. i've heard nothing but good things about OME which is why i went with it...

yeah i'll eventually get another lift in there i think. so i'll keep the discos, just wasnt sure if i needed to go back to the stock links in the meantime is all. i hated driving without the sway bar on! it rolled everywhere!
