Do spacers "settle"?
on topic with this whole thread.. will spacers possibly cause your oem springs to sag any more than normal over long periods of time? It doesnt seem you would have any extra "weight" on the oem springs just by adding spacers. Rather than increase the tension of the springs, it seems it would just raise the Jeep with that extra tension instead. (I know it sounds obvious, but i have heard people mention springs sag over time. Is that only when you add heavy mods such as bumpers or armor?)
I measured before the lift - and it was 1" lower in front. Now still lower in front by about 3/4" - makes no sense unless they did not put on what they said they did. Going to try and neasure the spacer tonight when I get home -
My guess is that they put on what they wanted and it is NOT level. Then tried to justify it to me by saying a matching spare would correct the problem, but he didn't look under the spare cover. I guess we are going back to get what we paid for.
Thanks for all of the helpful advise.

So did you get THIS kit: http://www.teraflex.biz/products/2-5...lift-kits.html
AND a leveling kit?
make sure they reinstalled the front coil isolators. it is a softer rubber disk that should be on the bottom of whatever spacer they put on. so basically on the top coil mount, it should be spacer, isolator, and then coil.
take a pic of the front coils and spacers.

If they did re-install the isolator - it is on the top of the spacer because the spacer is sitting on the coil. They left two "original" parts (isolators) in the back of my Jeep. Does a stock JK 4 door have 4 isolators? I wil take pics tonight when I get home. Thanks for your help.

Yup. Plac's right. It clearly says in the instructions that after the spacer is installed, the isolater gets replaced between the spacer and the coil. They screwed it up. You win.
I will post pics tonight - so you guys take a look and help me out! If they are installed below the spacer we should definitely be able to see them. Does anyone know how many inches lower the front of a stock 4 door Wrangler JK is?
