Do spacers "settle"?
He said the isolaters are sitting in the back of his jeep. Mystery solved. If they're there they can't be on his coils at the same time. They need to be put on between the spacer and the coil....
I missed this comment too, like the poster above just mentioned. Then you should put them back in. The stock isolator will probably not make a whole 3/4" difference, but a good 1/2" at least.
Doing that job just on fronts is like a 35-45 min job, are you sure you want them to do it for you?

Ok, it looks like they put the stock isolators on the top of the 2" spacer - and on the rear they removed the stock isolator and left them in the back of my Jeep. Should I take it back and have them reverse the spacer in the front or does it make that much difference?

of course you should also have the rears in.. but that will make your rake even worse..
It won't make a difference on regards to the height of your front end...
Those rear isolaters are supposed to be on the rear tf spacer. Take it back and tell them to read the instructions.

I don't think they used TF spacers, but it should not make a difference, right? A puck is a puck?

i would go back and complain at this point. the directions clearly state how to reinstall the factory isolators. have them correct the front and add a 1" spacer and then have them reinstall the rear isolators. hard to see in the pics, but it doesnt look like these are TF spacers. if you paid for TF, make sure thats what they used. did they install a 1" in the rear and 2" in the front? the problem with not installing the rear isolators is that the coil will end up digging into the spacer over time. i have seen it happen.
edit... ok, the rears definitely look like they are NOT teraflex. im guessing the fronts arent either. with the rears that they used, i dont think the factory isolator will work, as its missing the center guide part that would allow the isolator to slide on to make a good connection. again, if you paid for teraflex, use teraflex. at this point, since they didnt get you want you wanted, have them remove the ones they installed and install the TF ones.

the design is clearly different than TF. and on top of that, you didnt get what you wanted to achieve in the first place, which was to get rid of the rake, correct?

FYI ... I have had both TF and Daystar Spacers ... and they do install differently ...
THe Daystars are installed: SPRING / SPACER / ISOLATOR
The TF's are installed: SPRING / ISOLATOR / SPACER.
The spacers do appear to be 1.5 and 2.5 so it's strange your JK isn't level. By the picture it's easy to see it isn't .. the spacing between the front tire and fender should be larger than the spacing between the rear tire and fender. Yours look about the same which is the factory rake. If they left the rear Isolators in it would be even higher in the back. Bizzare.

I will climb under again tonight and measure the spacers again. This is really frustrating because my invoice says "Install 2.5" spacer front and 1.5" spacer rear" (no certain brand) (Daystar).
If that is the actual case....then the rake should be GONE - especially if they did not install the factory isolator in the rear! -
I called the guy and told him I was not exactly satisfied because my Jeep is NOT level and he said to bring it in - with the isolators that they left off (rear) and he would lower the rear - should I be satisfied with that?
Before I do anything I am going to measure the spacer (if possible to do while installed)
