I'll post the printout tonight when I get home as it shows both mine and the stock settings. Thanks

if that's the case, your vibes were being caused by the shaft failing. if i could guess, the shaft had some kind of crack, stress fracture or poor weld that finally started to give out. total distruction was inevitable. hate to say it but, looks like you just got a bad shaft.

My girl friend tells me the same thing. Ha

Think I should try a different brand or fight with the dealer!
Thanks WOL.

The stock Rzeppa and aftermarket double cardan require different pinion angles which is easily seen via the front pumpkin

According to what I've been reading on rzeppa joints they areade to handle big angles....

Rear propshaft. A double offset (Rzeppa) CV joint is shown in the photograph below of a rear propshaft connection to the rear axle of a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. This type of joint can handle larger operating angles (10 degrees) as compared to U-joints (5 degrees).

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like from the pics, you have the fresh break and a crack that has some rust in it that may have been starting for some time.

I just zoomed in and saw that. I was in a hurry to get to work and just snapped the pics without taking a good look. Wonder if I could've dropped on a rock and cracked it and just finally broke. Hmmm
