How is this dance done?

No the LED light is not hooked up.....the switch is just to break the connection like you stated....

Does anyone know if there is a connector like a quick splice, but one that breaks the connection and has two terminals to put an inline switch in?

Just did this mod today. Take your time find the right wire.

If you are using a lighted switch. the LED will come on when everything is enabled. It will shut off when you turn the switch "on". This is becasue there is pwoer running through the wires when everything is enabled. Light will turn off when the circuit is broken.

Anybody know if this will allow my 10JK to get above 2200 rpm's in the sand? I've been having this issue and even doing the "steering wheel dance" to permannently disable ESP doesn't help. And I know this may be because it still leaves on BAS and ABS.

Also, is there anyway to disable the lights from staying on in the dash? I'd prefer not to hillbilly-rig it and cover it with electrical tape

Question

I did this on my 2011 and it works I think but the ESP light does not come on? Is it supposed to on the 2011?

If your jeep is an 07, there was a recall for an "update" that jeep forgot to add the steering wheel dance. Apparently I missed out on this notification and did the ESP killswitch. Still love the switch anyway. And still wound up getting the update.
