First jeep ever...what to do? What to do?
Whoo hoo! Welcome and congrats.
One of the great 1st mods you might want to consider are buying a good set of grab handles...or you could make your own.
Thanks for the pics. Keep 'em coming as you add to your Jeep.

Add a dash panel. Well worth it for stashing sunglasses and cell phone on the dash. And only around $25 bucks. I added a mag light holder in the back too for about $15 bucks. You never know when that may come in handy, and keeps it from rolling around.
Yup i got a 2.5" spring/shock lift. Most 2.5" are cheap, and i cut the fenders down myself for free to achieve more flex. Then after a while i moved to bigger tires. Then bumper, winch, ect.. Saving money to buy a 4" and f/r drive shafts all together. Take your time enjoy every bit, and always try to research and do every mod yourself or with fellow jeepers. You'll love it that much more. Welcome to the JK community, happy trails friend.

p.s. 4 doors rule!
The problem with jeeps is that there are a million mods you will want to do. I had my jeep for 8 months before I did anything. In that 8 months I saved, researched, saved some more, then researched some more. My advise would be to enjoy your jeep the way it is for now! Save and research! Then figure out exactly what you want your jeep to be in the long run. Do the lift, wheels, tires, gears, driveshafts all at once and in a matching fashion. Look into the for sale section to save some bucks! Then save for bumpers, sliders, winch, extraction and safety gear,, and buy. Doing the mods in pre planned matching chunks will save you from re spending money on similar mods more than once. Good luck,,, Have fun
