Front driver coil spring rubbing
Those are for the rear, completely unnecessary on the front. Longer links are more than adequate. Using a plate like that in the front is dumb.

If you're picking up new springs you might just want to think about step down in lift size. Your main issue is lack of proper components in you ProComp Lift Kit. If you don't want to spend money to do it right, spend the money on what you can afford to make it right. AKA, smaller lift. Just an idea...
Who's telling you that you should have them? they might be the only person out there running one on the front. The reason people run it in the rear is for clearance issues with shocks.

Here are a couple of pics of how my teraflex swaybar links look with the adj trackbar aligned and springs in their perches. Still in close relation to the spring but not contacting. Everything rides great and measures equal from side to side (body in relation to axle).
The adjustment of the trackbar sounds more daunting than it really is.. you will understand how it works as soon as you start looking at the unit and how it extends and retracts. As soon as you unbolt the trackbar from the axle bracket, have a friend rock the jeeps body back and forth a lil bit and you will see how the trackbar holds the body centered over the axle. Its a cool mod that doesnt take much time but gives a better understanding of how your jeeps suspension works.

Exactly. I have the RC drops on my 4" evo lift and they work great.
Also you can see in the latest pictures that the axle is over to the driver side. Notice the coil on the pass side bowing toward the driver side.
Get the drop brackets or adjustable CA's and adjustable track bar and you will be good

I've ordered Adjustable track bar and picked up a pair of free Rough country disconnects from a friend. As for the control arm brackets, is there any particular type I need or will pretty much any bracket work? And this will alleviate the need for new adjustable control arms (the price of new CA's is a little too steep at the time being)?
At 4" I'm on stock arms with the RC brackets and they work fine. if I did it again, I'd go AEV for a little more caster. Both will get you much better than you are now

You can get the RC or AEV brackets. The AEV offer more caster due to an extra couple choices of holes to set the arms up at.

Getting the suspension and steering dialed in with good parts will make the jeep driving experience exponentially more enjoyable
