The plan for that. You are not able to program a second vehicle until the previous vehicle is set back to default programing. Otherwise they would only sell a few units.

Hopefully they get the X model problems figured out soon. I would love this programmer for a speedo fix and better shift points.........I doubt anyone will see 15 hp and 20 ft/lbs to the rear wheels though. Id have to see a customers dyno to believe that Does anyone know if its gonna work with all tire sizes? I know while back I think theirs only went up to 35" tires on some applications.

I also found Unichip has a computer add on with the FLUX PDA option. It cost more just for the add on computer, I think it was like 500 or something plus another 250 for FLUX which will give the ability to monitor and change the tuning a little bit. I think I will stick with the Hypertech for 380.

Not sure I understand this thing. Is this something that COULD take the place of re-gearing to 4.88 or 5.13? Something used in conjunction with? Best gains in anything (mileage, HP, shifting) with one or both? I went to the website and noted the things it could do but would just changing shift points kinda be like regearing?

Can you program for bigger tires with this unit as well?
