Yes....you need to download the hypertech update software and install the program on your pc. Then you can plug the programmer into the pc and download the update. Not sure if it has been released completely for the older version programmers yet ???

thats gonna be an issue for me. I dont really know anyone with a PC anymore. Everyone seems to have mac now

Bootcamp solves that or run windows virtually...

Ya know what, I think my girlfriend has bootcamp on her computer running windows. Maybe there is hope for me.

It doesn't work on Linux running Wine though. I end up borrowing the wifes laptop.
