Same thing happened to me. Then I plugged it back into my computer and when the updater gives you the option to select the vehicle (3.8, Dodge Hemi 5.7, etc) there is an option for Jeep enhanced features or something to that effect. That is the option you need to select in order to get the new features. Obviously need to return to stock prior to doing this.

As far as the new features go the user interface is a lot easier to navigate through the menu once you figure it out. I skipped options that I wanted to leave stock and had some problems with idling very high ~2200. Went back to the tuner and went through every option and just selected stock on ones I did not want to change and has worked great since then. Throttle response is definitely improved. I may go back and put the percentage up some more just to see how it feels but I can already tell my gas milage might suffer as it is from the temptation to actually get on it a little bit now.

All I can say is it's about time hypertech, the past 2 months or so have seemed like an eternity...now make the '11+ guys happy

did you select the bottom option that specifically says jeep enhanced features when updating? NOT the 3.8 option

I still don't see it on the list? That seems to be my issue.

now that is weird - try deleting the tuning software and then downloading off the site again. maybe you don't have the updated version

Hypertech pulled the enhanced options. Apperantly some people don't like riding around with idle stuck at 3,000 RPM.
