Speaking for those of us with 2011+ year models, we've been waiting for over a year for a viable tuning option and everyone has failed to deliver. But rather than concentrating on the future, while waiting for other companies to eventually crack the security coding in the current MY ECM, vendors retool old technology. Fine...it'll earn them a little cash at least. Meanwhile, new owners are coming into the game every day and there is zero support for them. Great business strategy.

And no, Hypertech, I never said anything about you pre-selling units or making any promises of release dates, etc. Matter of fact, I haven't seen Hypertech say anything at all about working on a tuning option for the current ECM.
Looks like the Hypertech Rep is ignoring us. Not a good business practice either.

I don't really think he is ignoring us. I have dealt with hypertech several times and received nothing but awesome customer service. Sc and other programmers companies has nothing for u either. I realize it is frustrating but look at it from their prospective how hard it must be to crack a code that jeep doesn't want them to. Email jeep and ask them for ways to make mods to the computer in Ur jeep. Don't hate on this thread. Hypertech has responded to several questions promptly already.

The silence is either because 1) the mod is so popular they are swamped getting it out to everyone, or 2) they ran into problems.

I hope it is 1), but I'd put money on 2).
