Ah! An explanation that makes sense! Too bad the Hypertech support guy didn't know that when I tried to return my unit. I'm officially stuck in the "waiting" mode now.

I'm sitting on go waiting to order one as soon as the update is officially released.......gonna get a viper throttle body on the way also... Does the new feature list include ability to adjust shift firmness on the auto?

hey dudes, the older version updates are to be released in three days after talking to Hypertech yesterday. as for the guy waiting to order, go ahead. the update we're all waiting for is b/c we already own it. if you buy now, you'll get the most up-to-date version.

I just got off the phone with hypertech i was told they are currently field testing for the 2011 and it will be available anytime... Although after reading all these threads i'm not holding my breath.

jay, is it safe to assume the four days you told me it would take to update the system is extended? don't care either way, but would like to know whether or not to reprogram the old firmware from stock.

My Engineer promised me he would have all the files complete this week. Monday's are always busy for my engineers. I will bug him first thing tuesday and give everyone a update.
