Be patient. I just took it back to stick and there was an update for two things:

Update for the updater software and an update for the programmer's firmware.

I can only speculate this is to create a platform for the new features.

They are SUPER busy reverse engineering these things and Hypertech is very good at giving you what they promise with NO glitches or hitches.

Hypertech is probably the only tuner I've read with no issues. SC and others have had issues, to the point they couldn't use them.

I don't work for nor do I get perks from Hypertech. I bought mine full price from 4WP.

Just a good product that works.

The nice thing is once any company cracks the 2011 ECU the 2012 programming will quickly follow. By reading all the threads it seems that chrysler switched ECU manufacturers and that is why the programming is taking so long. I doubt the 2012's have a different brand than the 2011's so it will be just a matter of checking to make sure chrysler didn't add any funky new codes from 2011-2012 and then just tuning for that motor.

That isn't the point at all. If you look at the first post on this thread it's about the new features being added. If you want to start a thread about the frustration of the 2011/2012 lack of programmers, feel free. In fact, in the spirit of peace within the JK community, I've taken the liberty of starting one for you.

How come there are no programmers for 2011/2012/

E mail them direct, they just told me the update isn't ready yet, but soon. And your programmer has to be registered.

I wonder of "registered" means "return for hardware update"? I got a PM saying to return it for a hardware update and to call for a RA number, but when I called the tech support guy said there are no hardware mods for this.

Now if Hypertech marketing, sales, engineering, and tech support could just get together and give us the straight scoop... I guess since I waited this long, I'll wait a bit longer.

The tech is correct, the software will be available for download after Thanksgiving. I have been offering RGA#'s to the guys who can't wait the two weeks for the new options.
