We went out yesterday and let me just say how impressed I am with this lift. I only have 2.5in and the emu shocks but my jeep is night and day different. I dropped of bigger ledges with no bumper scrape, I went through everything so much easier, and the run was more fun. Not having to worry about the jeep clearance was re leaving.

Wish I had a picture with my jeep in the mix but didn't take my phone out.

I am pretty sure that this thread has made my mind up on the lift I will be purchasing soon. Looks like a kick ass system. Keep the pictures coming!

Anyone have insight or tips for removing stock jku springs and installing the 2.5" Metalcloaks? I'm attempting to install my kit this coming weekend.

I had to stand on the front rotor and press down as hard as I could to get the space needed. Ripped off one of my fenders doing so.

Well any insight on installing the lift would be appreciated [emoji2] but I'm specifically concerned with the springs as they can be dangerous. Other parts are the upper/front arms, front track bar, shocks and brake lines, all seems pretty straight forward but again the springs are a bit scary since they could hurt me or my buddy if I don't install them correctly and spring compressors are an option but they're not the safest.

Was this trying to pivot the axle from one wheel well to the other to install the spring? Does this method work once one spring is installed or does it compress the first installed spring too much?

I just swapped out my MC 3.5 springs by just disconnecting the sway bar links and trac bar and ir was enough to droop the axle to get the springs out

Cool, was this on 6 ton jack stands? And did you have the axle supported by a jack?
