I've had good experiences with will and matson. Eric not so much.

 

Same here. It's like he didn't get the memo.

 

Emailed MC on Saturday with a question and got a reply today.

 

As with most companies, they don't work the weekends. I'd call that a 24hr turnaround. I suspect they get a crap ton of emails over the weekend.

 

Okay so it was not just me I called MC yesterday and spoke with Eric he definitly sucks. I usually only deal with Will whom has amazing customer service!

 

Was not complaining. I thought he turn around was good. Have also called with a question before and got a fast good response.

 

Long story short I ordered a couple t shirts a sweat shirt and some stickers and it's turned into a month long debacle of them having stuff then not actually having it and 5 emails and 6 calls being promised a refund. Spent $130 and got $30 worth of stuff.

 

Matson is going way above and beyond to get this fixed.

 

How is the gold zinc plating holding up on your guys kits?

 

So far so good for me. And I live in a sea town. No complaints.
