Minimum lift
For 35s and flat fenders I would keep the lift on the front end at two inches or less. At 2.5 inches and higher up front the decrease in caster from lifting makes for a "flighty" feel on the highway. You can always install adjustable lower control arms to get the caster back to spec. With a TF leveling kit (spacer or spring) you won't have to do much to run 35s and flat fenders. Make sure you trim the rear pinch seam.
