To be fair and clear this thread, maybe you should start your own thread. The higher you go with any brand lift, your mobility hampered passenger will have a difficult time. As for TF spring sag, contact TF directly, they are a sponsor.

 

Thanks a lot. So if I call TF, they will tell me that; yes, for sure our springs have sagging issues... In my opinion, there's nothing like fellow jeepers to comment/review certain products and not really the company who makes them. I also known, before you telling me, that the higher I go the harder it will be for someone with mobility problem to sit in the jeep...but again, the question was about the quality of the product. Last, people can participate to any thread they want without getting that kind of comments. Thanks again

 

Of course TF won't tell you that their coils sag. They'll say if you have any issues that they'll be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

To the comment of mobility problems- he was being helpful and considerate to your situation. He took the time to browse the journey you've already been as to not repeat answers. Don't jump on him so quickly. The comment about finding your own thread is to give you more direct answers to the same type of questions that are already buried and scattered through the forums......again- being considerate and trying to be helpful.

Well, it appears that I have a 1.5" lift. I went back and looked up the item on my purchase order and it is that of a 2.5" lift for a two door JK. This was confirmed by Joe who was timely in his responses up to that point. It appears that the lift hight is in line with what it should be given that these springs are standard for the 1.5" 4 door coil lift. However, this still does not explain why the driver side is 1/2" higher than the other, which is true whether the tank is full or not (a ready explanation when this came up after the initial install). This has been a good learning experience for me, one I won't forget. Thanks anyway.

 

is yours a right hand drive or was that a typo? it is common and it is a well known phenomena that the right side (passenger side) often is 1/2" lower.
