You are correct we do not accept returns on lights or electrical items. Long story but a decision I made.

Also all we ask on returns is you cover the original shipping and the shipping back to us. no restocking fee is ever charged if it is within the time

David and Northridge have always taken great care with my endless prepurchase questions and my anal attention to the details...

if it weren't for them I never would have gone with the d44 and d60 and certainly wouldn't have been confident enough with my rig to goto 37" tires!

thanks for the Christmas swag package...

It's very encouraging to see companies who truly care about their customers.

I haven't purchased my Jeep yet (currently overseas), but I'll definitely be funneling some purchases for my Jeep through ORE once I do. I'd be proud to support what appears to be a great company with great people.

I assume that means your serving? Please accept my most sincere thank you for your efforts over there, hopefully you will be home soon, safe and sound, but if I made a mistake/assumption then I look dumb...

off-road elements is a great company, I had a problem during installation and they sent me a whole replacement kit ASAP even though it was most likely my fault!

I agree. I ordered a bunch of Lifetime L.E.D.s from them last month. The 20" bar has been on back order and Eric has been keeping me up to date without me even having to ask. Excellent customer service!

Haha, yeah I'm currently serving, although at the moment I'm in Germany, so it's not so bad. I'll be heading to the sandbox here in February to fund those future Jeep mods . Thank you though honestly.

The list of mods and stuff to buy just keeps getting longer and longer. At this point, I'm halfway to purchasing a second Jeep. These mods add up quick.

Good luck in the sandbox, a friend of ours is a medic/surgical tech and his reserve unit spent around a year in Iraq

If you want to see a ton of mods all at once I've got a pretty cool YouTube video showing what normally would have been a bunch of mods done over the course of a year done in 3.5 days and compressed down to 9 minutes

Thank you all for the support!

And thank you for sharing the video Matthew D., awesome to actually see how much work goes into a well built Jeep with a time-lapse video!

ORE is the best! I will order everything I possibly can through them, I have dealt with him a lot over the past couple months and last January ordered my RK lift through him. I will be spending thousands more with his company. Eric's customer service is beyond anyone I have ever dealt with. ALWAYS willing to help out and work with you. Replies to every question asked. cheers Eric!
