I seem to remember a thread like this in the show and tell section, but no matter, there are never enough pics of trailers. I modified a M416 as well: extended the tongue, added a box, added a lid, new axle with E brakes, Jerry can and propane holders, 1.5" shackle lift, OME coil overs, maxcoupler, widened fenders, lights, fridge, water tank/shower, and a dual battery setup with solar charger. Oh yeah, and a hell of a lot of grinding and sanding. I ended up with two sets of wheels and tires to match what I run on my rig in winter or summer.

Here's mine. It used to be a small boat trailer. Its been 2 weeks of work to get it to this point. The sides are 18 gauge steel and it's tough as nails. It's still light enough that I can lift it completely off the ground by myself. I'm currently trying to find a new axle so I can go with matching jk wheels. I have plans for a water tank with pressurized water and on board batteries with a power inverter. It will also have a steel lid with a kayak carrier, cargo storage on the tongue and a propane grill that attaches / detaches to the tongue with a hitch pin.
